Last year on Day 2 of this tournament, Van Marcus was ceremoniously inducted into the Australian Poker Hall of Fame. Unfortunately for Marcus, there will be no Day 2 for him here in 2016.
We missed his elimination, but as Samantha Abernathy told it, action folded to Marcus in the small blind and he shoved for his last 3,000 holding 
offsuit. She looked him up from the big blind with 
offsuit and managed to spiked an eight on the turn to send Marcus packing.
