An interesting scenario just played out of table 27 involving Tony Bloom and Lita Hsu.
They were heads up and at the turn of a 
board. Hsu checked and Bloom said he announced all in but put a 5k chips in before his two stacks of smaller denomination chips. The dealer and the rest of table didn't hear the verbal declaration so the dealer ruled only the 5k chip would count.
The river came as the 
and Hsu set Bloom in for his last 28,300. Bloom smiled, shrugged and folded.
