Some 8,000 were in the middle to the 
flop on which Lucia Martinez Ibanez checked in the small blind. Lluis Jo Balague bet 3,500 and then faced a check-raise to 11,000. Balague used one time bank extension and then sigh-folded. Some table chatter in Spanish broke out in which Balague attempted to guess the hand of Martinez Ibanez but came to no distinct conclusion.
Adria Colo,ina Guitart was down to just two chips only a few minutes ago but he has since increased his stack ten-fold. For Catalin Ciurea, the re-entry went exactly the other was as his stack was cut in half with both hovering around the same amount on the same table right now.
Gabriel Podovei has chipped up slightly and Mariona Canela Riba entered Day 1b after her attempt in the first flight was not crowned by success.
Georgios Sourlas raised to 500 and was called only by Enric Marti Nadal in the blinds. The latter then check-called bets worth 800 on the 
flop, 1,600 on the 
turn and 3,500 on the 
river. Sourlas tabled the

In a three-bet pot to the

The dominated kicker found no help on the 
turn but the 
river improved Balague to avoid the elimination, leaving his table neighbour very short.
Catalin Ciurea raised to 400 from under the gun and Adrian Constantin made it 2,000 to go on the button. Sandro Hauser called in the small blind and Ciurea then four-bet to 6,600 and Constantin folded while Hauser called.
"You want even more?" the Romanian inquired to which Hauser replied "we will see".
Both headed to the 
flop on which Hauser check-raised from 2,200 to 7,000. Ciurea pushed all-in and was snap-called by Hauser with the inferior stack.

When Hauser revealed the middle set, Ciurea sighed and said "that's really bad" as he was caught with a move holding second pair only. The turn secured the double worth 23,200 for Hauser and the 
river was meaningless.
In a three-way three-bet pot with 1,700 each invested, the flop showed and Remigiusz Hajduk bet 2,200. He was called by Sergio Marquez Muniente and the 
followed on the turn. Hajduk now check-called for 2,000 and then jammed the 
river for what appeared to be 13,000.
Marquez Muniente folded without using any time bank and Hadjuk pushed back towards the starting stack.
Heads-up to the 
river, Lucia Martinez Ibanez checked out of the small blind. She then faced a bet worth 2,000 by Angel Funes Rios in the hijack and opted for a check-raise to 6,100 total.
Funes Rios gave it some thought and folded within the allocated 30-second shot clock.
"Check-raise de banana?!" Victor Plaza Robles in the one seat jokingly inquired but received no reply.
"Seat open table 49," the dealer announced and had already scooped up the board and cards. The seat that formerly belonged to Salvador Ros Caballero was empty and Ovidiu Sava had nearly doubled his stack.
"Jacks versus aces," Jaime Sanchez mentioned in table chat to Julia Pujals Descarrega on the other side of the table.
