Karam Back Above the Starting Stack
Scott Berko won a bigger pot to boost his stack and the same table then featured two multi-way pots that saw Alfonse Karam chip back up above the starting stack.
Five ways to the 
flop, Karam was one of three players to call a bet of 1,500 and did so again on the 
turn for 1,500 along with one further player. The 
came on the river and the action checked to Karam, who bet 15,000. He picked up one caller and tabled the 
for two pair to win the pot.
That moved him back up to more than 60,000 but there was more to come. He three-bet to 2,800 preflop and three players stuck around to the 
flop, which went check, check. On the 
turn, another 3,600 went in by three players including Karam and he then faced a bet of 5,400 and a call on the 
river. Karam moved all-in and forced two folds.
