Kisacikoglu Wins With Aggression

Orpen Kisacikoglu raised to 10,000 for Santhosh Suvarna and Nacho Barbero to call. Once Daniel Dvoress folded in big blind, Barbero celebrated with a smirk on the face.

The K♣7♥6♦ flop was checked to Barbero and he bet 9,000. Kisacikoglu check-raised to 35,000 for Suvarna to fold and Barbero called.

Kisacikoglu then bet the 8♣ turn for 110,000 and Barbero sigh-folded.

"Why so much? I gonna fold this one ... I have a lot of outs," Barbero admitted in table chat.

Brewer Wins Two Showdown Pots

Chris Brewer defended his big blind against an under-the-gun raise by Quan Zhou and check-called the A♦4♣3♥ flop for 7,000. The 10♠ turn was checked and Brewer bet the 10♣ river for 25,000.

Zhou called but mucked to the A♠8♦ of Brewer.

Brewer opened the button soon after and was called by Gab Yong Kim in the big blind. Kim check-called the 8♠5♣2♦ flop for 18,000 before they checked down the 8♣ turn as well as the 8♦ river.

Kim flashed 6♠4♠ for a missed gutshot and Brewer took down the pot with K♠J♦.

Barbero Regains Some Chips

Orpen Kisacikoglu raised to 10,000 from the hijack before Nacho Barbero three-bet to 31,000 from the button. The blinds got out of the way and Kisacikoglu made the call.

On the flop of 9♦K♥A♣, Kisacikoglu checked and Barbero made a continuation-bet of 20,000. Kisacikoglu called and did so too for the 60,000 bet he faced on the 10♦ turn.

On the board-pairing A♠ river, Kisacikoglu checked once more and Barbero took some time before firing 200,000 chips in the middle. Kisacikoglu looked visibly distraught but ended up folding his hand before his allotted time ran out.

Kim Only Needs Two Barrels

Following a flop of 6♠5♥2♥, Heath opted to check and then called Kim's continuation bet worth 14,000.

The 7♠ turn brought a second flush draw out there and Heath checked again. Kim made it 43,000 to go and that won the pot without resistance.

Mateos check-called for 8,000 on the 8♣7♣6♦ flop and did so again for 30,000 on the J♥ turn.

That brought them to the 8♥ river on which both checked. Mateos tabled his J♠10♣ for jacks and eights, which Brewer had beat with A♦J♣ thanks to the kicker advantage.

Benitez Check-Three-Bets the Turn

Francisco Benitez raised to 8,000 from under the gun and received calls from Orpen Kisacikoglu on the button, as well as Santhosh Suvarna in the small blind.

The trio then all checked on the flop of 6♦4♣8♦, before the action checked to Kisacikoglu again on the A♦ turn. He made a bet of 9,000, which Suvarna then raised to 33,000. Benitez upped the ante even further with a three-bet to 140,000. Kisacikoglu quickly folded, but Suvarna spent one time bank extension before making the call.

The 9♥ river then hit the felt and Suvarna checked to Benitez. He fired a massive bet of 350,000 chips, worth over 100 big blinds. Suvarna went deep into the tank but eventually folded once he had spent two more time bank extensions, forfeiting the pot to Benitez.

Heath also checked the A♦ river and Adamszki now bet far bigger, making it 110,000 to go. Brewer folded and Heath came to the same conclusion.

Kisacikoglu also checked the Q♣ river and Suvarna's bet of 57,000 won the pot.
