In the last hand before the break on each respective table, Adrian Mateos and Steffen Sontheimer were eliminated.
Mateos check-called three barrels by Max Altergott. Mateos faced the shove of the German on the river. With some 80,000 in the middle, Mateos eventually called with for trip tens but Altergott had that beat with for a straight.
Over on the other table, Sontheimer check-raised a bet of 4,000 to 15,000 on the flop and check-called the turn for 13,000. The river completed the board and Sontheimer check-called all in with only to see Badziakouski roll over for a full house. "Makes sense when you bet 4,000 into the pot on the flop," he added before leaving the table.
The players are now on a 15-minute break and registration will close when the cards get back in the air.
Steffen Sontheimer bought back in and received the very same seat while Adrian Mateos got the same table but different seat. There are a total of 21 entries of which 13 players remain and the registration has officially closed.
Adrian Mateos raised to 8,500 and Felipe Ramos moved all in for 78,500 from one seat over. Ole Schemion reshoved and after Mateos folded, the cards were turned over.

Timothy Adams defended his big blind and check-raised all in for 41,500 on the flop of . Martin Jacobson, who had bet 10,000, quickly called and the cards were turned over.

The turn and river changed nothing whatsoever and Adams doubled. He was somewhat surprised and said "I thought I was drawing dead."
Ivan Luca raised to 8,500 from under the gun and picked up a single caller in Max Altergott in the big blind. The German check-called a bet of 7,000 on the flop before the turn was checked through. Altergott over-bet the river for 36,000 and forced a fold.
On a flop of , Steffen Sontheimer checked out of the big blind and Dominik Nitsche bet 20,000 for the size of the pot. Sontheimer moved all in and Nitsche called for his last 64,000.
"I think you got me," Sontheimer said and Nitsche nodded while rolling over . Sontheimer only had and failed to improve with the turn and river. The next hand, Martin Jacobson opened to 8,000 on the button and Sontheimer shoved for 65,000 in the small blind to get a fraction of his chips back when Jacobson folded.
At the end of the previous level, Dominik Nitsche raised to 8,000 on the button and Timothy Adams three-bet to 30,000 in the small blind, which Nitsche called. On the flop, Adams took down the pot with a successful continuation bet of 15,000.
Jean-Noel Thorel raised to 10,000 from the cutoff and Ivan Luca defended the small blind. Luca check-called a bet of 15,000 on the flop and did so again for 35,000 on the turn. Luca then min-bet the river for 4,000 and Thorel just called. Luca rolled over and Thorel mucked what appeared to be .
