A player in the hijack seat opened with a raise to 3,700 and was called by David 'Doc' Sands in the big blind.

The flop came down and Sands checked over to his opponent who bet 4,000. Sands called.

On the turn, Sands checked once more. His opponent put out a bet of 7,000 and Sands called again.

Sands checked one more time on the river then instantly called a bet of 22,000 from his opponent, who turned over for the nuts. Sands mucked frustratedly and the other player took in the pot.

Negreanu Picks Up Aces, No Action

Daniel Negreanu has played just a few hands so far this level. His short stacked has handcuffed him quite a bit.

In one hand, Negreanu opened to 3,500 from under-the-gun and got called by the player in the big blind. The flop came and Negreanu won the pot with a continuation bet of 3,500.

The blinds came through twice before he was able to play again, sliding back to 15,900.

Negreanu was able to jam twice in the next level, once from the cutoff and the other from middle position.

The last time Negreanu showed the table after getting no action.

Chmielewski and Mock Among Big Stacks

Marcin Chmielewski was moved tables to the tan section of the Amazon room. Over in the tan section, the "Silent Shark" member slowly but surelay built his stack and was just spotted raising it up to 4,000. The big blind called and the flop fell . A check was followed by Chmielewski's continuation bet of 4,000 did the trick to force a fold from his opponent.

Another big stack in the same section is David Mock with slightly fewer chips than Chmielewski.
