Fabrice Soulier finished 4th in Event #9: $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better Championship yesterday and is back in action today while Daniel Negreanu and Abe Mosseri battle for the title later on. Soulier joked "that's not a bad start with jetlag and all," and also already built some profit in this event as well.

Ian Johns completed with a nine and his opponent raised with an ace, which Johns called. His opponent then bet through fourth and fifth streets before checking sixth street. That's when Johns bet, and he took down the pot to climb back above starting stack.

Todd Ickow:
Andrew Suszczyk:
More than 10,000 were in the middle with four players to seventh street and Frank DiGiorgio as well as Joseph Hoffman eventually folded to the betting action of Todd Ickow and Andrew Suszcyk. The latter was not amused that he had to chop with his low and a straight while Ickow apparently hit quads jacks on seventh street to get the other half of the pot.
Ickow min-cashed this very event in 2016 and also finished fourth in the $3,000 H.O.R.S.E. event the same year as well.

Omaha Hi-Lo
Josh Kay raised and picked up no fewer than four callers including Robert Mizrachi in the big blind, and the flop came . The action checked to the cutoff who bet, and all opponents called.
After the turn, the action checked to the cutoff once more, who bet again. This time, Hani Awad and DJon Seaman in the small blind both called, while Mizrachi folded. Kay also came along to see the river, which was checked around.
Seaman tabled the for a straight and won the pot, as no opponent had a qualifying low hand.
