Norman Chad, along with Lon McEachern, has commentated on the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event for ESPN, and now CBS Sports Network, since 2003.

After the conclusion of the 2021 WSOP Main Event in which Koray Aldemir won the title and $8 million top prize, Haralabos Voulgaris, and a few other high rollers on the always polarizing poker Twitter, suggested maybe it's time to make a change in the broadcast booth.

Chad is Floorman of the Year

Tournament director Charlie came over with a camera crew to visit Floorman Chad and congratulated him on being the 2021 World Series of Poker floorman of the year and give him a deck of cards that says "Big Deal" on them because Chad is a big deal!

Joseph Bowers Eliminate in 21st Place ($6,558)

Antoine Goutard raised in early position to 400,000 and the action folded around to Joseph Bowers in the small blind. He jammed for 1,425,000 and the big blind folded before Goutard gave it some thought. Eventually, Goutard made the call and both hands were exposed.

The flop came , giving Bowers top pair and Goutard a flush draw. The hit the turn changing nothing, but the on the river completed the flush for Goutard and Bowers was eliminated in 21st place for $6,558.
