Lesmeister Cracks Aces Early

Nível 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Action picked up on a flop of {k-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{3-Hearts} with Steve Lesmeister and another player who called an all-in from Lesmeister and the cards were tabled.

Opponent: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}
Steve Lesmeister: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

Lesmeister had flopped a set of eights to outflop the aces of his opponent. The turn {q-Clubs} and river {7-Clubs} did not improve the opponent's holding, eliminating him and giving Lesmeister the knockout.

Derek McMaster (411,500), JJ Liu (411,500), Chris Moorman (227,500), Andrew Moreno (226,000) and Qui Nguyen (195,000) are just a few of the many names remaining in the field who will make for a scintillating Day 2.
