Butzhammer Gets There

Thomas Butzhammer may have suffered a draw of his German team to Ghana not that long ago, but he just got there in this event for a nice start. After a raise to 250 from the cutoff, Butzhammer called one seat over and the small blind three-bet to 750. Both players called as well to see the flop, which was checked around.

On the turn a second heart popped up and the small blind bet 1,000. Butzhammer moved all in for what looked like 3,200 and the small blind called while the other player reluctantly folded. Butzhammer showed the and was facing pocket aces only to bink the on the river.
