British professional poker player Kevin Allen has had a tough table all day long, but he's come away from it relatively unscathed. Going into the last two levels of the night, Allen has 20,000 chips in his stack and is in the hunt for even more.
Mark Smith, Eric "Basebaldy" Baldwin and David "ODB" Baker have all busted from the $1,500 Pot-Limit Hold'em event, Baker's exit being particularly painful as he grinded his stack up to a high point of 26,000 at one point.
Two-time WSOP bracelet winner Eric Froehlich won't be adding a third piece of poker jewelery to his wrist in this event. Froehlich busted during level five:
Darren Kennedy's WSOP bracelet quest has been put on hold after busting from the $1,500 Pot-Limit Hold'em event moments ago. It's not the end of his poker playing today, however, as he's heading to play one of the Rio Daily Deepstacks in the Pavilion Room.
