Goehring Outkicks Opponent

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Alan Goehring raised to 400, and both the button and the big blind called. All three players checked on the {3-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop, and then again on the {8-Clubs} turn card. The river was the {k-Clubs}, and this time the big blind led out for 700. Goehring quickly called, and the button folded. The blind turned over {k-}{10-} for a rivered pair of kings, but Goehring had him kicked, winning the pot with {k-}{q-}.

Klodnicki's Runner-Runner Boat

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

On a flop of {9-Clubs}{10-Spades}{8-Clubs} a player in middle position checked to Chris Klodnicki who bet 500 chips. The player called.

The turn was the {8-Spades} and this time the player checked again. Klodnicki fired 1,200 and the player called.

On the {6-Diamonds} river, the player checked for a third time. Klodnicki decided to pull out the big guns and fire a bet of 4,000. After a long time in the tank, the player called. Klodnicki showed {8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for a runner-runner full house. The player held on to his cards for about 30 seconds before finally shaking his head and throwing them into the muck.

Klodnicki is off to a great start by picking up the early chip lead at his table.

Low Flop No Good for Hellmuth

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

We caught up with 13-time bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth as he faced a pre-flop raise to 400. He quickly called, as did the big blind. The flop fell {2-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}. The blind checked, and the original raiser continued for 650. A frustrated looking Hellmuth shook his head and verbally announced "fold," though he kept his cards under a small stack of chips. The last remaining player in the hand folded as well, and as the pot was being pushed to the winner, Hellmuth opened his hand to show {a-}{q-}. After the hand, the poker brat is back down to a starting stack of 9,000.
