When Stephan Patz first took his seat at Table 414 earlier today, he probably didn't consider the possibility that before the afternoon was over he'd be knocking out "GSP" — i.e., Georges St-Pierre. But that's what has happened, with Patz using a turned set rather than a cross, jab, or round kick to take down the UFC Welterweight champ.
