Yesterday's tally of 217 players was the biggest in years for a SISMIX day 1a, and just two levels into this second heat, that number has been surpassed. So far 239 players have visited the cashier at Casino de Marrakech to free themselves of 6,000 Morrocan Dhiram, and with the option of late registration and re-entry open for another eight levels, today's final number should be close to 300 entries.
Among the latest newcomers is Spanish Pro Leo Margets, while Winamax Pro Michel Abecassis have opted for a re-entry, and are now right back in the action with a fresh starting stack of 50,000.

While the Main Event is still in its infancy, the conclusion of the High Roller is taking place right now on an adjacent table. It was scheduled to end yesterday, but due to the strong turnout for the event, the organizers decided to let the final three players rest up before determining the final distribution of the remaining prize pool.
The Winamax Pro Pierre Calamusa was just eliminated in 3rd place, good for 282,000 MAD (€25,900), leaving teammate Bruno Lopes and Matthieu Lamagnere to fight it out for the title.
The winner of the High Roller will record a very solid payday of 580,000 MAD (almost €53,300).
French-Vietnamese Actor and Winamax VIP Frederic Chau has just been involved in quite the hand. On a board he and his Spanish opponent Fernandez Francisco had only poured around 2,500 chips each into the pot, but on the river, Chau had bet out 5,250 only to face a shove of 36,000 from Francisco. That got the conversation going.
"You are from Madrid, right? I have an ear for accents, and I recognize yours," Chau said. Fernandez nodded.
"It's only the that beats me," Chau continued.
"Do you have the ? Don't slowroll me, man," Francisco responded.
"I'm sorry guys; I'm gonna need some time to think," Chau responded before going into the tank.
He didn't stay long, as he called time on himself after a few minutes, and even though Francisco insisted on Chau taking his time, a floor manager came over to start the countdown. With a few seconds left Chau finally uttered a fold before sinking back into his chair, and Francisco quickly flashed the before mucking the other.
"Queen-seven," the Spaniard said while stacking his new chips with a sly smile.

Yannick Autaa opened up the action from early position and both Gregory Gino Caubet on the button and Leo Margets in the big blind made the call.
Autaa continued for 1,500 on the flop, Caubet quickly called before Margets made it 5,700 total. Both her opponent agreed to that price.
The turn saw Margets check before Autaa fired 7,000. Only Margets called, before the two players checked through the river.
Margets almost mucked her cards, but ultimately decided to turn over for the Ace-high. They were no match for the turned straight of Autaa as he held .

The remaining 264 players are now on their second break of the day. Play will recommence in 25 minutes.
After four levels of play, no one seems to have really distanced the field. The biggest stack might very well be Frenchman Maxime Sueur, who has managed to turn his starting stack of 50,000 into 138,000.
Pierre Calamusa is back at the felt after busting the High Roller in third place an hour ago. He is off to a fantastic start in the Main Event, and has already amassed a double and then some, as he is sitting with 125,000 in front of him. That's also the most among the participating Team Winamax Pros, as Michel Abecassis has 56,000 while Aladin Reskallah is down to 29,500.
