Live satellite winner Ruslan Goncharov called from the big blind after Sergey Tikhonov raised to 250 from the cutoff.

Vladimir Medvedev has been on a tear early on and it comes as no surprise to see the first player eliminated come from his very table. The first casualty of the day was Mohammadjavad Haddadnia, while Medvedev has more than three times the starting stack already.
With action folded around to the player in the small blind, he raised to 450. Dmitrii Filimonov was in the big blind and three-bet to 1,350. His opponent made the call.
The flop came and Filimonov's continuation bet of 1,400 was check-called. The touched down on the turn and both players checked to see the on the river.
Filimonov's opponent led with a bet of 2,500. Taking a moment, Filimonov tossed out two 5,000 chips, raising to 10,000. His opponent went into the tank and eventually folded.
