Ramos' Surge Short-Lived

Felipe Ramos was down to 7,500 after presumably losing a pot to Daniel Geeng, who was now around 200,000 and opened to 10,000 in middle position. Sylvain Loosli made it 36,000 to go, and Ramos put his last crumbs in. Geeng called the three-bet and the flop came . Geeng check-folded to a small bet.

Ramos had not looked and was disappointed to see he didn't have much of a sweat. He did pick up a tiny amount of equity on the turn but the river made Loosli aces full.
