The Price is Right

Nível 3

Olivier Price has amassed a big stack three-handed after he busted Andrea Dato in fourth place.

News reached us that Price flopped top pair versus Dato's flush draw and the chips went in. Dato turned the flush but the card also gave Price two pair and he filled up on the river.

If Price goes on to win his heat, Ukraine will be much deeper in trouble and a few steps closer to being eliminated.

Troyanovskiy: {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}

The board ran out {7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Spades} and Troyanovskiy was knocked out in fourth place for 1,000 points. Frank now remains with Dan Smith and Sylvain Loosli.

Anxious Players Pace Around the Room

Nível 3

As the third round moves along further and further players are anxiously walking around the room to check up on their team mates. It's important to keep gathering those points, as the last-place team will get knocked out at the end of the day.

On the other hand, the chip leading team will automatically qualify for the semi finals of the Global Poker Masters World Cup.

Schemion and Mizzi Bust at the Hand of Gnatenko

Nível 3
Oleksandr Gnatenko
Oleksandr Gnatenko

Ole Schemion first doubled up Isaac Haxton when he called Haxton's shove on {5-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} with {J-Hearts}{10-Hearts}. Haxton had {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds} and Schemion was left with about 4,500 after a blank on the river.

Schemion shoved not much later and Sorel Mizzi right next to him shoved as well.

"It's amazing, three way all in!" yelled Oleksandr Gnatenko before he over shoved.

Mizzi: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}
Schemion: {K-Clubs}{8-Spades}
Gnatenko: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}

The board ran out {A-Spades}{9-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} and Gnatenko eliminated two players in one hand.

Just Ukraine (Gnatenko), France (Grospellier), USA (Haxton) and Russia (Bilokur) remain at table 2. The bubble has burst.
