What followed was the four-bet shove by Marius Gicovanu for 29,100 on the button, which prompted the isolation shove by Hari with the biggest stack of the trio. In a three-bet pot with 8,000 invested to the flop, Gerard Rubiralta bet 4,000 out of the blinds and then called a raise to 12,000 by Iacopo Brandi. That led them to the turn on which Rubiralta checked. Brandi jammed for 21,800 and Rubiralta vaulted out of his chair to check the amount before sigh-calling.

The river didn't matter anymore as Brandi had locked up the double already. Rubiralta shook his head over and over again after this costly misstep.
Jakob Miegel raised to 2,500 and then called the shove by Ren Lin from one seat over for around 22,000.
Once Miegel exposed the , Lin grinned and leaned closer to hug his opponent. "Oh man ..." he said as he slowly rolled over the first. That was followed by the and Lin was in need of help.
Things got worse with the flop and turn, leaving Lin with a mere two outs. No miracle came on the river and Lin was sent to the rail. Even though he was only at the table for a mere half an hour, all other players knew about his "Lady Gaga" hands, also known as cards containing a queen.
"Did you expect him to show better than a ace-jack there?" Julien Bolimowski asked and Miegel replied "I don't know ... he is a funny guy, we play a lot".
In a preflop contest, Kalidou Sow was the player at risk for 34,300 and Martin Jacobson looked him up from one seat over to create a pot worth the current average in the tournament.

Jamil Wakil raised and then faced a three-bet by Chan Sung Choi before he pushed all-in for 27,000 total. Choi asked for an exact count and then reluctantly called despite some confusion about the correct amount.

The flop and turn kept Wakil in the lead, though, Choi picked up some equity with a gutshot. However, the river was no sucker punch as the 2023 PCA Main Event finalist doubled to remain in contention.
Marton Czuczor raised to 3,500 from late position and Harry Lodge shoved all in from the button for around 20,000. Lex Veldhuis reshoved from the big blind and Czuczor got out of the way. The cards were turned on their backs.

Aleksandr Shevliakov raised from early position and Julien Bolimowski called. Aleksandar Tomovic went all in with a short stack and both Shevliakov and Bolimowski called.
The flop came and action continued between the two bigger stacks. Shevliakov checked and Bolimowski bet 27,000. Shevliakov called.
