Picking up with the action on a flop of {J-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{9-Spades} and Vitaly Lunkin checked over to Erik Seidel who checked behind. The {3-Clubs} paired the board on the turn and Lunkin shot out with 350,000. Seidel called and the {k-Diamonds} completed the board. Both players checked once again and Seidel tabled {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for nines and treys. Lunkin showed {J-Hearts}{10-Spades} for jacks and treys and was able to drag in the pot. Break Time!

Nível 22 : 60,000/120,000, 20,000 ante

The final two competitors are now taking a 20-minute break.

Lunkin Gets Lucky to Double Through Seidel

Nível 22 : 60,000/120,000, 20,000 ante

Erik Seidel was just five cards away from victory, but a nasty ace snatched it away.

It happened when Vitaly Lunkin raised to 240,000 with the {a-Hearts}{7-Spades} and Seidel popped it to 725,000 after looking down at the {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} from the big blind. Lunkin agonized over the decision for several minutes and then seemingly out of nowhere announced that he was all in. Seidel snap-called and it seemed the rail could sense a winner was about to be determined.

That changed just as soon as the {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop delivered Lunkin a pair of aces and the lead. Neither the {10-Spades} turn nor {4-Diamonds} river helped Seidel and Lunkin doubled on the hand.
