Cody, who won his first and only WSOP bracelet in 2011 in Event #2: $25,000 Heads Up No-Limit Hold'em Championship, will look to defeat his four-handed table tomorrow and make a run at his second WSOP gold bracelet. Cody will bring 88,100 with him into Day 2.
Phil Hellmuth has recently fallen by the hands of Christophe de Meulder. This elimination gives de Meulder 48,000 which is good for the lead heads up against Brandon Meyers.
Jeremy Wien recently fell at his table in third place, leaving 2010 WSOP Main Event champion Jonathan Duhamel heads up with a chip disadvantage. Duhamel holds 25,000 in chips.

Picking up with the action on a board of , we saw Eric Froehlich's heads up opponent lead out for 8,200. Froehlich raised the action to 17,500 and his opponent shipped all in over the top for 34,600. Froehlich called and the hands were rolled over.

Greg Merson limped in from the button, and Dylan Linde checked his option from the big blind before the dealer spread the flop. Linde led for 800, and Merson called.
On the turn, the was added to the board. Linde checked, and Merson checked behind. That brought about the on the river, and Linde led for 2,600. Merson folded, and Linde won the pot.
