Nick Schulman
Nick Schulman

From the button Nick Schulman moved all in for roughly 200,000 chips. Berkey folded in the small blind but Martin Finger took one look at his cards and snap called.

Schulman: {Q-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Finger: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

Schulman was in trouble and he needed help to stay alive but he didn't find it on the {4-Hearts}{6-Spades}{K-Spades} board, nor did he find it on the {Q-Hearts} turn, nor on the {6-Hearts} river. Schulman wished his opponents luck and took his leave from the tournament.

After Schulman's elimination, the players are redrawing for seats and moving to the main stage in the Amazon room.

Pham Calls With Ace-High

Nível 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

David Pham raised to 34,000 from under the gun and it folded to Nikolai Sears who called out of the big blind. Both players checked the {6-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop and the {9-Hearts} paired the board on the turn. Sears fired 33,000 and Pham called.

The river was the {2-Hearts} and Sears cut out a bet of 138,000. Pham went into the tank for about a minute before calling.

"Good call," remarked Sears.

Pham showed {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for merely ace-high and Sears mucked his hand. Pham dragged in the pot and is now sitting on about 1.17 million in chips.

Pham Doubles Through Dean

Nível 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Picking up with the action on a completed board of {J-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{6-Spades}, we found David Pham cut out a bet of 115,000 into Andrew Dean. Dean looked up Pham's stack and announced that he was all in over the top.

Pham called and showed {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for a straight. Dean tabled {9-Spades}{3-Spades} for merely a pair of threes and then flung his cards at the muck. Pham was able to double up to about 875,000 while Dean has fallen to around 975,000.

Erik Seidel Eliminated in 9th Place ($33,090)

Erik Seidel

On the button Erik Seidel moved all in for 138,000 chips, action folded to Andrew Dean in the big blind who called.

Seidel: {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}
Dean: {K-}{10-}

The {8-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} flop was disaster for Seidel when Dean spiked his three outer putting Seidel in a deep hole.

The turn was the {3-Clubs}, not improving Seidel and the river was the {7-Hearts} which sent Seidel to the rail just short of the final table.
