We just caught Pim de Goede involved in a hand when the flop showed on which the Dutchman checked. The player on his left bet 2,500 and De Goede check-raised to 6,600.
The call was thrown in by the player on De Goede's left, but he was faced with a bet of 13,300 when the hit on the turn.
After a while the player folded, and De Goede bumped his stack up to 105,000.
We just ran into Taylor von Kriegenbergh who made his way over to the registration desk to buy back into this event. Von Kriegenbergh let us know that he busted his bullet in the following fashion.
Von Kriegenbergh raised to 5,000 with just 1,000 left behind and the button and small blind called.
"I thought I had a good chance at tripling up," von Kriegenbergh said, but the big blind isolated.
Von Kriegenbergh was up against aces and didn't win, but he's back into the tournament now.
