At 12 p.m. local time, ten players will return out of a 696 player field to determine a champion in Event #57: $1,000/$10,000 Ladies No-Limit Hold'em Championship.
Jill Pike will come in as the chip leader with 651,000 chips. She is followed closely by notable Jessica Dawley (612,000). Danielle Andersen (226,000) is still in contention as well. Andersen is mainly a high stakes cash game player with some tournament results in Las Vegas.
The remaining players will battle it out for the first prize of $130,230 along with the WSOP gold bracelet. The runner-up will take home $80,444 and the third place finisher will be awarded $55,812.
The action will resume with Level 21 and blinds of 5,000/10,000 with a 1,000 ante. There will be a 15-minute break every two levels and a 60-minute dinner break after 6 levels of play, at approximately 6:30 p.m.
