Dia 3 Iniciado
Only nine remain in Event #50: $1,500 Razz and leading the pack is Kevin Iacofano. Iacofano has over $800,000 in World Series of Poker earnings over the course of his career, but has yet to lock up his first bracelet. Standing in his way and also seeking their first bracelets are Adam Owen and Dzmitry Urbanovich. In fact, no one making the final table of this event has a bracelet to their name yet, so it will be a landmark achievement for whoever can lock it up.
Towards the finish of Day 2, Iacofano put a big dent in the stack of the last remaining bracelet winner, David Singer, in a hand during which the two players went to seventh street and Singer folded to Iacofano's bet. Singer left himself with just 5,000 chips and was eliminated shortly thereafter, but Iacofano carried that momentum until the end of the day, bagging up the biggest stack left in the tournament.
Others making this final table include Jeff Mitseff who ran deep in Event #46: $2,500 Mixed Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better/Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better just last week, coming 15th for $7,074; Jeanne David, who is making her first World Series of Poker final table; two-time World Series of Poker Circuit ring winner Thomas Taylor; and Kyle Montgomery who is making his third World Series of Poker final table after coming second last year in Event #42: $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em Shootout.
