Welcome back to Crown Melbourne and the 2014 World Series of Poker Asia-Pacific for Day 2 of Event 3: AU$1,650 No-Limit Hold'em Terminator.
Yesterday saw 250 players take a seat to create an AU$250,000 prizepool that will ensure the top 27 players guaranteed a AU$2,020 payday, while whoever can capture the second WSOP Asia-Pacific bracelet of the series, a handsome AU$61,250 for their efforts.
A mix of International stars, seasoned veterans and local players made up the 250-player field, but when play ended early Tuesday morning, only 27 would remain.
Nick Piskopos would be the chip leader with an amassed 189,500 in chips while David Bowen would be the only other player sitting with six figures. Notable players Josh Barrett, Darian Tan, Daniel Neilson, Tony Hachem, Mike Watson, Peter Aristidou, Brandon Shack-Harris and Joe Cabret all remain with a chance to capture this WSOP Asia-Pacific bracelet.

With roughly 9,000 in the middle and the flop reading , Ismael Bojang led out from the small blind for 4,400 with David Bowen making the call on the button.

Josh Barrett limped in from the small blind and Mikel Habb checked his option as the dealer spread a flop. Barrett led out for 1,500 and Habb raised to 5,000 with Barrett calling.
