H-106: $5,250 Bounty Hunters Main Event
Dia 1 Iniciado
Millions in guarantees are on the line on Super Sunday of the GG Spring Festival, with the two headliner events with $12M in guarantees alone between them continuing later tonight. PokerNews will be your one-stop shop on Sunday as we'll be bringing you live coverage from five different events.
First up is an event that certainly qualifies as more than just an appetizer, as the H-106: $5,250 Bounty Hunters Main Event will see some of the best duke it out to capture the biggest slice of the $1.5M guaranteed prize pool that's attached to this one.
The guaranteed seven figs are sure to attract plenty of notables, and many of them are already in for an early start to try and accumulate as many bounties as they can. That bounty part is big, too, as $2.5K of the $5K buy-in will be on everyone's head in the well-known PKO-format. Players will start the dance with 100,000 in chips and the last-chance saloon will be closed for business after level 13.
Levels will be 20 minutes throughout and a winner will be crowned at the end of the night, joining the likes of Konstantin Maslak, Dawid "INSERTC0IN" Smolka, and Lev "LevMeAlone" Gottlieb, who all won this very event on the previous three Sundays of this festival.
Using GG's innovative staking feature, players are already selling off their action to spice things up for their followers. Make sure to check out the GGPoker client or sign up below if you haven't got one yet to quickly jump into all the action.
Cards will be in the air soon, so check back regularly to PokerNews throughout the night as we'll bring you all the action from the GGSF!
